Article 1. Scope of data we collect
1.1. Information you create or provide to us
1.1.1. If you wish to use our services, you must register with 3S Cloud Render farm and create an account under which you provide us with personal information. You can also choose to add more information to your account. The e-mail address and your password act as login data for access to your account.
1.1.2. When registering on our platforms for the purpose of using our services, this means you agree with our Terms of Service. We collect your email address, your name or a freely selectable user name, and other content you create.
1.2. Your activity
We collect information about your activity in our services, which we use to do things like sending an email that can assist you to use our services easier.
1.3.1. We use so-called cookies and similar technologies on our platforms. We may choose to gather cookies relating to data and traffic generated when your smartphone or computer is connected to the website such as your IP address, the type of browser used, the length of time you spend logged in, and so on.

We cannot be held liable for any identity theft or fraudulent use of your account or for any loss or damage thereby arising.

4.1. We retain the data that we collect for different periods of time depending on what it is, how we use it and how you configure your settings. Some data can be deleted whenever you like, some data is deleted automatically and some data we retain for longer periods of time, when necessary.
